Urban Soul Wellness serves individuals, small groups, and organizations seeking accessible, grounding wellness experiences. We work with women, caregivers, educators, community members, and institutional partners including schools, day habilitation programs, nonprofits, and workplaces.
No. All sessions are beginner friendly and designed to meet participants where they are. No poses, fitness level, or prior experience is required.
Our sessions are adaptable and inclusive. Movement can be seated, supported, or optional, and sound based sessions require no movement at all. We regularly work with individuals with disabilities and sensory sensitivities.
Sessions can take place in classrooms, offices, community rooms, multipurpose spaces, or homes. Clients provide the space, and Urban Soul Wellness brings the equipment and adapts to the environment.
Organizations book custom 4, 8, or 12 week programs rather than single sessions. Pricing is based on group size, session frequency, location, and program goals and is discussed during the initial consultation. For more information see our Corporate/Institution page.
Individual and small group sessions require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Institutional programs follow the cancellation terms outlined in the service agreement.
Yes. Urban Soul Wellness provides mats, props, and sound therapy equipment. Equipment needs for larger groups are discussed during booking.
To design a program, we ask for the population served, group size, preferred schedule, program length, and any accessibility or sensory considerations.
Our primary model focuses on multi week programs to support consistency and impact. One time sessions may be available depending on capacity and location.
All sessions are by appointment only. Individuals and small groups book by contacting Urban Soul Wellness through the contact page. Corporate and institutional partners also begin by connecting with us to learn more and reaching out to schedule a consultation, after which programs, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed.
